o Goods and information flow: Consolidation of flows within Europe targeting service level improvement and costs efficiency
o Freight: Shipments flow analysis and optimisation (road traffic and overseas container freight)
o Warehousing: Storage, inbound and outbound handling process auditing and optimisation (new warehouse set-up and launch, floor layout and rack system design, space and process optimisation, etc.)
