SUPPLY CHAIN
o   Supply Chain strategy: Proper Supply Chain strategy pick, aligned internally to the Business and Organisation strategy, Business plan, Value propositions, Core capabilities, and externally to market conditions.
o   Supply Chain design: Optimised to the products and materials flow, orders and shipments frequency, location, capacity of warehouse and production, modes of transportation and supporting information systems
o   Supply Chain performance: Controlling and measurement tools implementation, performance improvement (tools examples: KPI, SLA, BSC, CPFR, SCOR; IFS, HACCP, LEAN, VSM, SixSigma, Kaizen, 5S, PokaYoke, SWOT)
o   Transition or start-up: Operational sites transition, merger or start-up even from scratch whenever in Europe; Projects often include transitions of complete set of subsequent operational processes, e.g.: planning and forecasting, orders processing, customer service, freight-in and -out traffic re-routing, warehouse processes, customs brokerage, co-packing, backbone systems update and re-linkage, and of course finally the physical inventory move
o   S&OP: Sales and Operation Planning process auditing, upgrade or implementation project support deployment
o   Demand Planning and Forecasting:
Process auditing and development, team implementation, training
o   Supply Chain risks:
Identification, classification, rating, and impact minimising strategy implementation
o   Procurement:
Sourcing vendor, contract negotiation, procurement strategy optimisation; Suppliers performance control and rating

 

LOGISTICS
o   Sourcing 3PL/4PL: RFP/RFQ process, bid assessment, provide selection and set up tender between partners (Warehousing, Domestic and International freight, Customs brokerage) to find the right logistics partner capable in segment of client`s business as well as fitting client`s strategic needs
o   New business set up:  Supply Chain & Logistics and Operations part; Strategic deployment of facilities and supporting logistics services or teams
o   Goods and information flow: Consolidation of flows within Europe targeting service level improvement and costs efficiency
o   Freight: Shipments flow analysis and optimisation (road traffic and overseas container freight)
o   Warehousing: Storage, inbound and outbound handling process auditing and optimisation (new warehouse set-up and launch, floor layout and rack system design, space and process optimisation, etc.)
o   Logistics controlling: Looking for potential logistics savings and support in logistics budget build up
o   Internal Logistics (Intralogistics): Goods, components, parts, information in-house flow optimisation

 

PROJECT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
If requested, contribution to all stages of dedicated projects, championing the APICS/PMP standards and methodology:
o   Project goals definition and project planning: Work breakdown structure, milestones set up, resources and budget planning, building a project plan, project risk register
o   Project execution and closure: Progress monitoring, project outcomes review
